Senior hands, hired at the right moment.

Two core services, one standard of craft. Whether the studio is building your product or steering your delivery, you work directly with the founder — no layers, no hand‑offs, no outsourcing.

Fixed scope · Milestones

Custom app development

For companies that want an iOS or web app built properly, end‑to‑end. The engagement covers the whole arc: discovery and scoping, product design, engineering, and release — including the unglamorous parts like App Store review, analytics and post‑launch support.

You get the same craft that ships the Kairo portfolio: native Swift and SwiftUI on iOS, TypeScript and React on the web, Firebase or Google Cloud underneath, and pragmatic LLM features where they genuinely earn their place. Straight answers, realistic estimates, and code that lands in your repositories from day one.

  • Native iOS — Swift & SwiftUI
  • Web apps — TypeScript, React / Next.js
  • Backends on Firebase & Google Cloud
  • LLM & AI feature integration
  • Product design & UX
  • App Store submission & release management

S/02

Day rate · ZZP

Interim product & delivery management

Senior day‑rate engagements inside existing teams — stepping in as delivery manager, project or programme manager, or product owner. Built on years of running programmes inside large enterprises: legacy estates, many stakeholders, real deadlines.

The job is always some version of the same thing: get to the actual problem, restore a cadence the team believes in, make the decisions that are blocking everyone, and ship. Available for interim cover, programme recovery, or as the experienced pair of hands alongside a first‑time product team.

  • Delivery / project / programme management
  • Interim product ownership
  • Programme recovery & unblocking
  • Enterprise & legacy environments
  • Stakeholder & vendor management
  • Remote or on‑site in the Netherlands

Smaller, sharper engagements.

AI & LLM integration

Practical LLM features shipped into real products — scoped, evaluated and maintained, not demoware.

MVP discovery sprint

From idea to a clickable, testable prototype in weeks — the risky parts first.

Project rescue

A stuck build gets an honest diagnosis and a concrete plan to get it shipped.

Fixed scope

Defined build, defined price

Best when the outcome is clear. Scope, price and timeline agreed up front; changes handled openly as they come up.

Milestones

Build in proven steps

Larger builds split into milestones, each independently valuable. You see working software before committing to the next step.

Day rate · ZZP

Senior capacity, per day

For interim and advisory work inside your team. Transparent day rate, no minimum term theatrics, easy to stop when the job is done.

How an engagement runs

The same cadence, every time.

  1. Intake & scope

A short call to understand constraints, stakeholders and what "done" actually means.

  2. Prototype & prove

Within two weeks, something clickable or running. Risky bits first: integrations, data models, the hard UX paths.

  3. Build & ship

Short weekly cycles, transparent progress, minimal process. Code stays in your repos; decisions stay documented.

  4. Handover or run

Clean handover with documentation — or a maintenance agreement if you'd rather the studio keeps running it.

Let's talk

Got something to build — or unblock?

Most engagements start with a 30‑minute call — no pitch deck, no obligation. Tell me what you're working on and I'll tell you honestly whether the studio is the right fit.
